Business Prepaid Services

Registration requirement

‍You may apply for dobiQueen Business Prepaid Services by creating an account on https://business.dobiqueen.my & select listed packages to top-up. Upon successful registration & top-up, your prepaid account will be activated.

Top-Up

‍Upon top-up, you will be credited with a number of credits depending on the package that you have selected. The credit in the account will be valid for a year from the day of your top up.

Termination

‍Request for termination of the prepaid account prior to the expiry of the credits will result in remaining credits to be forfeited.

Validity of Service

‍All top-up packages has a validity of 1-year from the day of package activation.

‍

Extension of Validity

‍No extension will be given on the validity for the remaining credit in the account. Failing to use the credit within the validity of a year will result in the remaining credits to be forfeited after its expiry.

Continuity of Service

‍If you intend to continue using dobiQueen Business Prepaid Service upon the expiry of you previous prepaid package, you may select and pay for your desired top-up packages.

Upgrade of Service

‍For any request to upgrade your service prior to the expiry of services, you may contact customer-service@dobiqueen.my for assistance.

‍

Limitation of Liability

‍Our maximum liability to you and prepaid users is limited to the price of the top-up packages.

Deemed Acceptance

‍You agree and acknowledge that the use of dobiQueen Business Prepaid Service signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Business Postpaid Services

‍

Registration requirement

‍You may apply for dobiQueen’s Business Postpaid Service by creating an account on https://business.dobiqueen.my. Upon successful account creation, the person-in-charge will reach out to you to understand your service requirements. Once everything is verified and confirmed, a credit account will be created for your business based on the agreed terms and condition, including the credit terms.

Credit Term

‍Based on discussion between the person-in-charge and the customer.

‍

Billing Frequency

‍Customers will be billed based on their monthly usage basis and will be billed accordingly based on the agreed credit terms.

‍

Upfront Security Deposit

‍A total amount of 1-month security deposit will be required upon registration, given that monthly estimated usage exceed RM5,000. Security deposit will be refundable within 30-days upon discontinuation of service.

‍

The 1-month security deposit will be calculated as per below:

Estimated number of bags by size x 30 days x price quoted for each bag = Amount of Security Deposit*

*The amount of security deposit is based on estimation. If the actual monthly transaction exceeds or is below the estimated level, dobiQueen has the right to make amendments to the total amount of security deposit.

Termination

‍Request for termination of service prior to the expiry of the services will result in credits to be forfeited. In the event of such, customer will be requested to clear all the outstanding credit bill for the month and the security deposit will be returned within 30 days. Validity of Service

‍There is no expiry to the account.

Upgrade of Credit Account

‍For any request to upgrade the service due to higher laundry loads for the upcoming months, you can contact customer-service@dobiqueen.my for a new quotation and upgrade of your credit account.

Limitation of Liability

‍Our maximum liability to you and postpaid users is limited to the monthly credit usage and the upfront security deposit.

Deemed Acceptance

‍You agree and acknowledge that the use of dobiQueen Business Postpaid Service signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Perkhidmatan Prabayar Perniagaan

Keperluan Pendaftaran

Anda boleh memohon Perkhidmatan Prabayar Perniagaan dobiQueen dengan membuat akaun di https://business.dobiqueen.my dan memilih pakej yang disenaraikan untuk tambah nilai. Setelah pendaftaran dan tambah nilai berjaya, akaun prabayar anda akan diaktifkan.

Tambah Nilai

Setelah tambah nilai, anda akan dikreditkan dengan sejumlah kredit bergantung pada pakej yang anda pilih. Kredit dalam akaun akan sah selama setahun dari hari tambah nilai anda.

Penamatan

Permintaan untuk penamatan akaun prabayar sebelum kredit tamat akan menyebabkan baki kredit dilucuthakkan.

Kesahihan Perkhidmatan

Semua pakej tambah nilai mempunyai tempoh sah selama 1 tahun dari hari pengaktifan pakej.

Pelanjutan Kesahihan

Tiada pelanjutan akan diberikan untuk kesahihan baki kredit dalam akaun. Gagal menggunakan kredit dalam tempoh sah setahun akan menyebabkan baki kredit dilucuthakkan selepas tamat tempoh.

Kelangsungan Perkhidmatan

Jika anda bercadang untuk terus menggunakan Perkhidmatan Prabayar Perniagaan dobiQueen selepas tamat tempoh pakej prabayar anda sebelumnya, anda boleh memilih dan membayar pakej tambah nilai yang dikehendaki.

Peningkatan Perkhidmatan

Untuk sebarang permintaan untuk meningkatkan perkhidmatan anda sebelum tamat tempoh perkhidmatan, anda boleh menghubungi customer-service@dobiqueen.my untuk bantuan.

Had Liabiliti

Liabiliti maksimum kami kepada anda dan pengguna prabayar adalah terhad kepada harga pakej tambah nilai.

Keperluan Pendaftaran

Anda boleh memohon Perkhidmatan Pascabayar Perniagaan dobiQueen dengan membuat akaun di https://business.dobiqueen.my. Setelah akaun berjaya dibuat, orang yang bertanggungjawab akan menghubungi anda untuk memahami keperluan perkhidmatan anda. Setelah semuanya disahkan, akaun kredit akan dibuat untuk perniagaan anda berdasarkan terma dan syarat yang dipersetujui, termasuk terma kredit.

Terma Kredit

Berdasarkan perbincangan antara orang yang bertanggungjawab dan pelanggan.

Kekerapan Pengebilan

Pelanggan akan dibilkan berdasarkan penggunaan bulanan mereka dan akan dibilkan mengikut terma kredit yang dipersetujui.

Deposit Keselamatan Pendahuluan

Jumlah keseluruhan deposit keselamatan 1 bulan akan diperlukan semasa pendaftaran, dengan syarat anggaran penggunaan bulanan melebihi RM5,000. Deposit keselamatan akan dikembalikan dalam masa 30 hari selepas pemberhentian perkhidmatan.

Pengiraan Deposit Keselamatan 1 Bulan adalah seperti berikut:

Anggaran jumlah beg mengikut saiz x 30 hari x harga yang dinyatakan untuk setiap beg = Jumlah Deposit Keselamatan

*Jumlah deposit keselamatan adalah berdasarkan anggaran. Jika transaksi bulanan sebenar melebihi atau di bawah tahap anggaran, dobiQueen berhak untuk membuat pindaan pada jumlah keseluruhan deposit keselamatan.

Penamatan

Permintaan untuk penamatan perkhidmatan sebelum tamat tempoh perkhidmatan akan menyebabkan kredit dilucuthakkan. Dalam kes sedemikian, pelanggan akan diminta untuk menyelesaikan semua bil kredit tertunggak untuk bulan tersebut dan deposit keselamatan akan dikembalikan dalam masa 30 hari.
