I highly recommend DobiQueen as their service and consideration for customer is superb. It was my first visit and I had a issue which then made a complaint. They took my complaint seriously and looked into the matter even to the extend of giving a courtesy call to explain and resolve the issue. I believe not many dobi centre would go to such length in providing good service to their customers. Their pledge in providing good service to their customers is highly commendable.
It’s a really good dobi, it’s clean and they use quality detergent and softener, I would only like to suggest one thing which is to make sure they have better fans so that people waiting would be well ventilated
