Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance:
- Maintain and update backend systems developed in PHP using frameworks like Laravel.
- Ensure systems are current, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing both quick fixes and long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with external developers to address complex challenges.
Infrastructure Management:
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS), focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and security.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company assets.
- Ensure seamless communication between backend systems, mobile applications, web applications, and IoT devices.
Operational Support:
- Respond to operational issues reported by the team, minimizing downtime.
- Assist in hardware maintenance and replacements as needed.
- Provide technical support to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Update and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to necessary information for updates and changes.
- Implement best practices for access management and version control.
Technology Advancement:
- Stay informed about the latest technological trends, including modern frameworks and architectural approaches.
- Advise on approaches that make business sense, focusing on efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
- Experience with IoT integrations is a plus.
