Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine laundry wash programs and service enhancements.

Process Optimization:

Analyze operational processes to improve efficiency and value for money.
Enhance customer experience by optimizing UI/UX on our technology platforms.
Implement innovative solutions that provide quality with lasting success.

Software Development Collaboration:

Prioritize and guide software development features in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Troubleshoot and address customer feedback related to our loyalty app and e-commerce web app.

Equipment Testing and Evaluation:

Test and evaluate new machinery for durability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes.
Work alongside the owner to explore new machines and technological advancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven experience in R&D, innovation, or product management roles.
