Key Responsibilities

Innovation Leadership:

  • Lead research and development initiatives to enhance our offerings.
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve customer experiences.
  • Develop and refine laundry wash programs and service enhancements.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze operational processes to improve efficiency and value for money.
  • Enhance customer experience by optimizing UI/UX on our technology platforms.
  • Implement innovative solutions that provide quality with lasting success.

Software Development Collaboration:

  • Prioritize and guide software development features in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and address customer feedback related to our loyalty app and e-commerce web app.

Equipment Testing and Evaluation:

  • Test and evaluate new machinery for durability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes.
  • Work alongside the owner to explore new machines and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in R&D, innovation, or product management roles.
