Key Responsibilities

Support Marketing Campaigns:

  • Campaign Assistance:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Help organize new store activation events and coordinate logistics.
  • Promotional Materials:
    • Collaborate on developing marketing materials, ensuring they effectively communicate customer benefits.
    • Provide input on the clarity and appeal of point-of-sale materials (POSM).

Market Research and Data Collection:

  • On-Ground Surveys:
    • Conduct on-ground surveys and observations to gather customer feedback and competitor information.
  • Data Organization:
    • Collect, organize, and present data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Competitor Monitoring:
    • Activity Tracking:
      • Monitor local competitor activities and promotions.
      • Report findings to the marketing team for strategic response.

Customer Engagement:

  • Feedback Collection:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and experiences.
    • Relay customer insights to the team to enhance service offerings.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordination:
      • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and documentation.
    • Budget Tracking:
      • Assist with tracking marketing expenses and ensuring adherence to budgets.
