Key Responsibilities

‍Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project goals, and document requirements to support strategic objectives.‍
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights, create dashboards, and present findings that enhance decision-making across departments.‍
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize performance and enhance productivity.‍
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of objectives.‍
Project Support: Provide analysis and documentation support for projects, including creating use cases, user stories, and process workflows to guide successful implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and business analysis software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex data to diverse audiences
Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools is a plus.
