Business Analyst

• ‍Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project goals, and document requirements to support strategic objectives.‍
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights, create dashboards, and present findings that enhance decision-making across departments.‍
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize performance and enhance productivity.‍
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of objectives.‍
• Project Support: Provide analysis and documentation support for projects, including creating use cases, user stories, and process workflows to guide successful implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and business analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex data to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools is a plus.
